She did it!!!!!

Kassidy was accepted into the Public Relations major at BYU!!!!
She was so worried about getting in because it is a closed major and only 40 applicants are accepted at a time. She had to write an essay, hold and interview and take some kind of test. Applicants only have 2 chances to get in and she totally did it on her first try......!!!!!!
Way to go Kassidy....we are so proud of you!!!!!!!!

Well....we did buy another fun memory!!!
We picked up Kass at school monday night and headed up to SLC for the fun game!!!










We are huge fans of the Amazing Race so it was fabulous seeing Big Easy and Flight Time. They were both such big parts of the show!!! The tricks were great, the laughs were good and the company was the best!!

The kids got a basketball (Audrey is the only one who even plays and it is church ball!!)
They were able to get a lot of autographs, although Flight Time and Big Easy's lines were forever long so we just got pictures!!

Wow what a month!!

I know I am not the best about posting...but so much is happening.....well not anything too exciting though!!



We decided to do the Give a day get a day from Disney. You have to donate a day and then they give you a voucher for a day. Sooooo we are planning a trip out to Southern CA for later this year... We ended up tying 26 fleece blankets to donate to the linus project.

Last week we took Zach to his endocrinologist....he is doing great with his diabetes....and growing taller!!! 67.6 inches.

Kevin and I had to talk in church...Provident Living....Kevin did so well.....I was just happy to be finished. We got a lot of compliments. Such a hard subject to talk about. People don't want to hear about staying out of debt....food storage...back to basics...gardening....job searching....schooling.....living within your means.....planning and then executing....the list goes on and on....
I am now watching 2 little ones 6-8 days a month. They are so cute and so very good!!!! A baby and an almost 2 year old. It's nice to have little ones around again.....it's even nicer when I don't have night duty!!

Zach is finishing up getting his Eagle stuff turned in...a long process....
Audrey is gearing up for violin competitions this month.....
Emily passed off her division.....

I am teaching a cooking class tomorrow night....UGH!!! I hope it all goes well!! So hard to get up infront of people. I am doing menu planning, providing over 40 recipes and making 6 of them to taste. Wish me luck!!!
