"Your most important friendships should be with your own brothers and sisters and with your father and mother. Love your family. Be loyal to them. Have a genuine concern for your brothers and sisters. Help carry their load so you can say, like the lyrics of that song, 'He ain't heavy; he's my brother.' " Ezra Taft Benson

Our Last Sea Day!!

My Dad wrote a letter to the Captain of our ship asking for permission to tour the bridge....It is a long story actually. Our head waiter told my Dad to write a letter to the captain if he wanted to tour the bridge seeing that you have to pay for the tour on the ship. Two days before we were to disembark my Dad got a letter from the captain inviting him and his party of 12 up to the bridge. We were excited!!!

There is always someone with binoculars looking out watching the water. Eyes can see what the radar can't.

Some of the control panels....

That little joy stick on the right....yep, that is what you use to move the ship when you do it manually.

More control panels and radars.

I loved this part. It is the area that juts out to the side.....
and this grate here.....that is where you can look down and see exactly where the ship is docking....

Beautiful side view.......

Dad and the Captain of Sea Princess!!
Thanks for our 45 minute tour!!!

After getting off of the ship we picked up our van from parking. This is the scenery as we drove out of San Francisco........

Good Bye Sea Princess.......

UNTIL NEXT TIME!! (I can hardly wait!!)
